Manufacturing Team

HEINZEN'S MANUFACTURING TEAM is composed of highly qualified industrial product designers, fluid engineers, mechanical engineers, field service/installation engineers, welders, machinist, fabricators and installers. Together, they continuously look for approaches which can lower cost and increase production without reducing the quality of the equipment being built.

Our fixed set of protocols and teamwork has allowed us the ability to continuously cultivate state-of-the-art technologies which can be tailored to our customer’s individual needs. Oftentimes, we find ourselves working in partnership with our customers to provide them highly personalized machinery with strict deadlines and no room for error. It is this type of scenario where the experience and expertise of our manufacturing team kicks in.

Half the Heinzen facility is dedicated to high quality metalworking, welding, machining, fabrication, assembly and installation. Whereas the other half of the building focuses on ensuring that our designs are sanitary and hygiene appropriate for the raw product they are intended to handle.
